Since 2007, Clay has served as founder of Home Matters Caregiving. From his previous career as a process engineer at Intel, Clay has championed a data-driven philosophy within home care that has not only created a culture of exceptional care but has also fostered a high retention work environment allowing for consistent growth year over year. Clay is focused on giving back as a long-standing board member with the Portland chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association. He is passionate about mentoring new entrepreneurs within the home care industry and teaching them what it takes to grow a successful.
